2 pomegranates
1 lime
175g icing sugar
500ml double cream
Press the juice out of the pomegranates and the lime
Add the icing sugar and whisk to dissolve
Whisk in the cream until it is thick and forms peaks
Spoon into an airtight container and freeze.
