Cauliflower and cumin fritters
serves 4
1 small cauliflower 320g
120g plain flour
3 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 crushed garlic clove
2 shallots finely chopped
4 eggs
1 and a half tsp ground cumin
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp tumeric
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
500ml sunflower oil for frying
